Basketry Study Group
The Basketry Study Group is for those interested in learning how to develop and create beautiful, interesting baskets. Enthusiastic participants construct a variety of baskets using flat plaited reed, round reed of varying thickness, metal such as flat and round copper, recycled cereal boxes, coiled cotton material, saguaro boots, and other materials from nature. Meetings are the 3rd Saturday of each month, except December, July and August. For more information about this inspiring group, meeting locations, and what’s planned for the 2011-12 guild year, contact Roxanne Delorme, Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
